PROPERTY AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

CANCELLATION: The Blacksmith's House is a small private accommodation and consequently cancellations affect us significantly. Cancellations require 2 weeks notice prior to arrival date. If cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 per room cancellation fee. Refunds are only applied to the credit card used to provide the deposit, no exceptions.

If cancellation is made with less than 14 days notice you will be charged for the total reservation amount.

Room rates do not include taxes.

PET POLICY

Furry friends are welcome at the Blacksmith's House. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $25 per pet. In an effort to keep the Blacksmith's House a relaxing and peaceful stay for all guests, if you opt to leave your furry travel mate while you are out, and they make it known that they are unhappy alone, we will need you to come back to comfort your pet and take them with you while exploring Tubac. Additionally, you are responsible for "clean-up" or damages by your pet. The $25 Pet Fee does apply to service pets also. Any questions about our pet policy, please call and we'd be happy to chat with you about it.

CHECKING - IN & CHECKING - OUT

Check-In:

Check In is guaranteed for check-in by 3:30 pm.

As a courtesy, and to ensure you have my personal cell phone number for any questions, issues, or emergencies, I will text you as soon as your casita is ready. The text will also include brief check-in notes.

Often times supplies are needed for the Inn and after cleaning I sadly have to make a run to Tucson. I apologize in advance for not greeting you in person on those occasions, HOWEVER, if you would like a hand with luggage or any check-in assistance - - PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE BY PHONE OR EMAIL AND I WILL BE THERE FOR YOU! Sorry for the big letters, but I want you to know that you are important to me and I want to be there for you.

**Early Check-In is available for an additional $50. This will ensure that your casita is ready for you by 1:00 (noon) for your stay-cation to begin. To add Early Check-In to your stay, you may book online and add at checkout, or by phone. 520-398-3178

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

**We completely understand your desire to stay in Tubac, but please note, late checkout will result in an additional $50 fee unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Optional Late-Check Out can be added in advance for $50 similar to Early Check-In. The room is all yours until 10:59:59 (:
